Free I-1639 Online Compliance Course
Completing the I-1639 Course is a requirement before you are able to purchase a semi-automatic rifle from any Washington State gun dealer.
Once completed, you are in compliance to purchase semi-auto rifles!

Current Washington State Law requires Washington residents to take a class covering 6 specific topics before they are able to purchase a semi-automatic rifle. There are several places you can take the course, but we recommend the course above.
Upon completion of this course, you will print or save your Certificate of Completion (by printing the final certification page,) which when signed by the student, is valid for 5 years from the date of completion.
